Why we collect it
We use the information to respond to enquiries, assess a proposed hire, prepare quotes, communicate about bookings and improve our service.
Service providers
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare and enquiry emails are sent through Resend. These providers may process information outside Australia. We only share information needed to provide the service.
Access and corrections
You can ask for access to or correction of your personal information by emailing enquiries@albaliftingsolutions.com.au. The final policy will include Alba’s legal entity, privacy contact, complaint process and retention period.
